Restaurants and Bars

Wantilan Cafe:

Located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Cupak Bistro, Wantilan Cafe at our Bali Hyatt hotel is an elegant venue with traditional Balinese village pavilion architecture and alang-alang roof. It’s the perfect place for breakfast, where a sumptuous buffet can be enjoyed on the terrace as the morning sun rises.

The Cupak Bistro:

The Cupak Bistro and Grantang Bar are named after twin brothers, characters in the famous wayang kulit puppet show. The light and breezy Cupak Bistro specialises in bistro-style cuisine and Asian favourites in a relaxed and casual environment. Authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine, as well as traditional dessert buffet with live cooking station, are available nightly at our Grand Hyatt Bali hotel.

The Omang Omang Grill:

The Omang Omang Grill, housed in a traditional fisherman’s beach house with a thatched roof for cover, is our Bali resort’s seafood and grill restaurant. Magnificent garden and pool views are one of the main attractions of this relaxed venue, which serves a light menu and snacks for lunch and a selection of fresh fish and prime cuts cooked on an authentic charcoal grill for dinner.

The Pizza Ria:

The Pizza Ria, located right on the beach, is an open-air trattoria that serves classic Italian pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven and simple pasta dishes. In addition, traditional Italian dishes are available for dinner. Beautiful, landscaped gardens, coconut trees and umbrellas over each table provide a secluded and relaxed atmosphere.

Telaga Naga:

Telaga Naga is the authentic Chinese restaurant, serving Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine at our hotel in Bali. It is set among tranquil lotus ponds in its own private tropical garden, just across from the hotel’s main entrance.
