Our Opinion

Park Hyatt hotels around the world tend to be incredibly well run and have some type of feature that stands out. On this island, absolutely everything stands out as a feature. It is one of the hottest new properties in the Maldives and it is creating a lot of buzz.

Location

Situated on a private island, 55km north of the Equator in one of the largest and deepest atolls in the world, North Huvadhoo.

Accommodation

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has 50 stunning villas each with private deck with tables, chairs, day bed and two sunbeds with private beach access. You will also find a nespresso coffee machine, a home entertainment system with digital media hub, an in-villa iPad with interactive resort compendium, air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi access, bathrobes an outdoor Bathtub and rainshower plus an indoor shower. Two bottles of complimentary mineral water

 

Room types:

 

Park Villa – Nestled within the natural vegetation, this villa is constructed with native timber and stone and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for ample natural sunlight, a constant flow of ventilation, and a king size bed.

 

Park Pool Villa – These are as Park Villas with a plunge pool

 

Park Water Villa – sit above the ocean and have panoramic 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean, each constructed with native timber and stone and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, individual access to the coral-filled waters below and a king size bed.

Restaurants and Bars

The Dining Room – This contemporary a-la-carte dining restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features a range of international cuisine. With views of the ocean the Dining room is situated next to the infinity pool offering snacks throughout the day. An extensive list of fine wines is also available for you to choose from for your dining pleasure, with the guidance of the resident sommelier.

 

The Island Grill – provides guests with a regionally inspired dining experience. A traditional grill combined with a wood burning oven is central to the kitchen’s open decor where guests can watch our chefs at work. Tables and swing chairs are set on a blanket of fine white sand so barefoot couture is naturally encouraged. Slip your feet out of your sandals and into the sand while you prepare for a heartwarming dining experience. An extensive list of fine wines is also available for you to choose from for your dining pleasure, with the guidance of the resident sommelier.

 

The Bar – With views encompassing the heart of the resort, this pool and beachside Maldivian bar offers a broad selection of signature refreshments from around the globe. Guests are invited to enjoy a refreshing drink throughout the day and are offered a menu of light snacks and salads. Relax in one of the beach cabanas underneath star-studded skies or whilst watching a spectacular Hadahaa sunset

The Dhoni – this traditional yet contemporary lounge area in the Maldives is an architectural masterpiece, and the most unique and impressive visual feature of the resort when arriving onto the island. Built by local Dhoni (fishing boat) builders the design of the roof sheltering this magnificent structure is an enormous upturned Dhoni.

 

Private Dining – experience the magic of any of our private dining locations around the island. Each venue is inspired by the environment including Nature, Starlight or Sunset, Lagoon and Beach.

 

Room Service – serving an extensive all-day menu from both The Dining Room and The Island Grill, in-villa dining service efficiently caters within the resort and, on request, can also prepare intimate dinners at a range of island locations and is available 24 hours per day.
