A Florida Villa is an excellent way for a family to enjoy Florida.  Villas are situated in attractive residential communities in and around the Disney area each with their own private swimming pool with modern & spacious floor plans.

 

The gates of Walt Disney World Resort and other attractions are within easy reach. Villas are an ideal choice for families who want maximum flexibility and comfort on their holiday.

 

 

Our Opinion

 

Villas are generally large and airy and feel like a home away from home. They are away from the potentially crowded pools of hotels and can be very relaxing. You’ll have loads more space than in a hotel room too.

 

Location

 

Villa locations are within a 25 minute drive of Walt Disney, Sea World and other attractions.

 

 

Accommodation

 

Disney Area Villas are well equipped with 3 or more bedrooms, air-conditioning, swimming pool, TV with satellite, full kitchen, and laundry facilities.

 

 

 

Disney Area Superior Villas add either a fully-equipped games room or Jacuzzi spa. These are optional but generally are little more that the standard villa

 

Room type:

 

3 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 8 (max 6 adults/2 children). Each has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

 

 

4 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults/2 children). Each has an additional twin or double bedroom.

 

5 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 12 (max 10 adults/2 children). These are as 3 bedroom villa described above but with additional twin or double bedrooms

 

6 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to up to 14 (max 12 adults/2 children). Each has 2 double bedrooms, 4 twin or double bedrooms & sofa bed in the lounge for up.

 

Restaurants & Bars

 

These will be nearby plus you also have the full kitchen facilities. A pack will describe locations where you can shop for food.

 

Leisure & Sports Facilities
