Our Opinion

This charming little hotel has many repeat guests from Travellab, the friendliness of its staff and wonderful location make the Merville Beach a must for those looking to relax in the sun, whilst enjoying the vibrant nightlife nearby!

Location

Located in Grand Baie. The transfer time from Mauritius airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

Accommodation

There are 169 guest rooms within the main building, the garden court and cottages scattered throughout the gardens.

All with garden or sea-facing balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, satellite TV, phone, mini bar, safe and hairdryer. Standard and slightly larger Superior Rooms sleep max 2 adults and 1 child.

Beach Front Deluxe Rooms have direct beach access and also sleep max 2 adults and 1 child.

La Terrasse:

This restaurant has a reputation for exotic cuisine, inspired by Chinese, Creole and French traditions. La Terrasse’s special touches include tables d’hote menus, buffets and friendly barbecues.

Le Badamier:
